Dalir is a beautiful village located south of Caspian sea at the foothills of Alamkouh massif. Alamkouh & Takht-e-Solayman region is the most beautiful mountainous region in Iran. Locating less than 50km south of Caspian sea, Alamkouh peak (4860m) (also written as Alamkooh or Alamkuh) as the second highest point of Iran has stood in the heart of this region.
This place is a really private part of Heaven with an amazing mineral spring and beautiful 4000m view.

Day 1:Drive from Tehran to Dalir village in the base of the mountain (around 4 hours drive) tree hours trek from Dalir to Haft Khani amazing spring. Overnight in the local house.
Days 2:These day is considered for climbing in the region. There are different peaks that are accessible from this side. Lashgarak (4260m), Hasalkot (4050m), Abidar (4200m) are among the peaks that are accessible here. Depending on the weather and snow condition and the time, we can decide to go for few of these peaks. it will take about 5-7 hours trekking per day. Overnight in the local house.
Day 3: Visit an amazing mineral spring and enjoy from hot (warm) water. Overnight in the local house. driving to the north. Visit and swimming in Caspian see. Overnight in motel.
Days 4: take a look on local Bazar. drive to Tehran along Haraz rode and visit amazing view of Damavand 5671m. Departure .
Day 5: take a walk around the area and taking pictures. Drive to Tehran and take the hotel. Sightseeing in the afternoon. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 6: mid day Sightseeing. Departure.
